Ask Liz Nicolucci to tell a recent success story, and she says it's tough for her to narrow it down "they're all success stories," she insists. Liz enjoys working with enthusiastic home buyers in their quests for the perfect abode.
Like many other agents who choose real estate as their ideal career, Liz thrives on helping people and doesn't take her job lightly. With high standards for clear communication and a commitment to transparency, her new role with Coldwell Banker is a great fit. She enjoys the challenge of finding dream homes for each individual client, referring to the process as a "puzzle they're all trying to put together."
With 23 years of experience in real estate under her belt and a handful of designations and accolades - including certifications from ERA Top Gun Academy and Brian Buffini workshops- Liz's clients are in great hands. She is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI) and CHMS (Certified Home Marketing Specialist). Despite all of her success, Liz maintains that working with people as individuals is the most rewarding aspect of her business. She strives to go "above and beyond, to whatever length and degree" to ensure that clients are happy with their new homes.
It might not come as a surprise, given Liz's innate sense of compassion and patience, that prior to her career in real estate, she worked in a hospital. Eventually, the call of motherhood and the desire to spend more time with her son, Colby, led her to seek out the flexibility of being a real estate agent, and she soon discovered that her "people skills" were a great asset to the business of working with sellers and buyers. Liz services clients in both Alabama and Florida and is licensed as a broker in both states. She credits her "sphere of influence" for bringing her an abundance of repeat business.
One story Liz particularly loves to share is when she worked earnestly with a client for a solid four years on finding the perfect residence. Because this client lived out of state and could only visit periodically to look for her dream house, the process took a while, and Liz exercised patience and understanding until the moment they'd both been waiting for arrived - the moment Liz describes as "when you walk in, and you know, and you love it."
Falling in love aside, honesty is the best policy, and Liz consistently helps clients manage their expectations about what they can afford. If, for example, a buyer has a budget of $250,000, they can count on Liz to assist them with finding beautiful homes in that price range to suit their needs. So what's the secret? Liz says that she "listens intently and looks for it exactly."
When she's not working in real estate, Liz enjoys a variety of engaging pastimes, from calligraphy to being active in her church. She describes herself as "crafty," and enjoys making paintings and knickknacks for friends, but she also enjoys getting out and about in the 30A/Destin restaurant and festival scene. No doubt she meets plenty of people, who if they're lucky, call Liz when they're seeking their perfect new home.
